1. Visit erekha.kerala.gov.in

To check Kerala land records online, first of all, open the official website of E-REKHA. For this use the link given here– erekha.kerala.gov.in

2. Select Option File Search

After opening the Erekha Portal, there will be some option in Main Menu. Please select the “File Search option”. As mentioned in the screenshot given below.

3. Select RESURVEY RECORDS

In the file search option, there will be two Options Which are “old survey records” and “resurvey records” select any one of them, whatever records type you want to search for.

4. Submit Land Details

Now select the FMB option under maps type. Then select district, taluk, village, block number & survey number. Submit after selecting all the details.

5. View & Print Survey And Land Records

As the land details are submitted, the Survey and Land Records will open on the erekha website. verify it’s detailed. and select the checkout option to download land records. Then after payment, you will be able to print it.
